The Beginner Gymnastics Program will help your child become familiar with the four main types of gymnastics:
At this point in the program, your child will be taught basic warm-up and stretching before starting all activities.
Each activity includes 7-8 stations that help to acquire the fundamental skills necessary for safely teaching the next level of gymnastics in the future.
We are pleased to inform you, that this program has proven to be safe, effective, disciplining and positive for children.
